I can tell you that my life is much more peaceful and ordered than when I didn't believe in God, and even when I didn't fully practice what I claimed to believe.
Sure, I do have difficulties as everyone else, but when I pray about them, a solution is given to me; I don't have to worry about it. The God of the Bible has said that He would provide for the NEEDS of His people, and He has met my needs for money, transportation, food and clothing. He also asks that His people give Him their troubles, and He always resolves them for me. (No, it isn't just coincidence.)

My life is pretty much like the lives of my non-Christian friends, with one possible difference. My religion is something that I think about constantly. Of course, people who are non-Christians may very well also use their faith as a daily guideline. But Christianity is by its very nature a constant, 24/7 thing, and not just something that's thought about at church. While growing up, I was taught that there's no decision, regardless of how small, that my belief in Christianity won't inform and influence, and I've found it to be true (even during times when I consciously tried to turn off thoughts of religion). So a difference between my life and that of non-Christians, particularly my atheist friends, is that Christianity is a constant thought that never goes away, never leaves, and never takes a break. It's always there, if not in the forefront of my mind, then definitely in the subconscious.

I sleep in on Sundays--- you do realize that many churches have a service that is later than 9 or 10 am don't you?

My life is VERY different. It is like night and day to someone who does not believe. Conviction from the Holy Spirit is a big part of my life-- when I am in the world, and if I were to taste what the world tastes daily-- I am convicted, and it actually tastes horrible! I hate sin. I am aware of sin. I know the seriousness of sin-- and I desire to live for the Lord. When I am walking around and something good happens I say "Praise God!" --- the unbeliver may say "Knock on wood"
When something is wrong-- or I hear an ambulence, I pray for that person. I want my life to be completely centered on Jesus Christ. I DESIRE that. I could not imagine walking around this world not giving a thought to what Jesus did, and or speaking to Him. I speak to Him daily! In the car, at home, wherever...I am always saying a prayer, or thanking Him, I love to praise Him! Sing worship songs to Him!
So yes, my life is very different--- but the most difference there is, is that I am set free from sin- forgiven through the blood of Christ Jesus. Saved by His wonderful grace!

Humm..?? Well before I became a Christian my life was most likely along the lines of the typical American life. Searching for the best THINGS that I could find to "fill" my need for "happiness".
Once I became a Christian, the battle began! Whew!!
(she says wiping away the sweat & tears & blood) :)
And still this battle rages...
But I am always reminded of what a great man name Teddy Roosevelt once said...""It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself for a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat"
I KNOW that God wins!! I know that I must daily pick up my cross & follow in the footsteps of my Savior. I do not regret this battle worn time that I am spending in my fight to shine forth the Light of Christ.
In today's world there are so many that are living just for the "now"..the present..and what is in it for "me" kinda lifestyle. But that is what society is teaching them to do. Not enough "harvester's" in the field doing what needs to be done. **sigh*** but all in all...God is in control.
So..I would pray that the Lord of the Harvest would help ALL of us that love the Lord, to put on that wonderful armor & get out there & FIGHT! To Stand firm for what you believe..to take the bold chance to speak what you know about God, even though you may be ridiculed, or worse..but to at least give it your ALL...for did not Christ give His ALL for us?!
May the Lord be with all of us His faithful "warriors"...in word & deeds!

I am surrounded by Christians in my daily life and their lives are no more different from mine.
Except for the belief they alone are going to heaven, Christians have the same struggles, personal problems, challenges, social puzzles etc all people do.
Those who try to suggest Christians are automatically more "moral" or happier than non-Christians are not being honest at all.

I KNOW the Lord is with me every minute of each day. I KNOW He answers prayer. I KNOW I can count on Him to help me when I'm at my deepest moment of dispair. I thank the Lord every day of His saving grace. I turn my will & my life over to Him each day & place all my loved ones also in His care every day. Who else can say they truly have a friend who will never leave them or forsake them. Will be with them whenever/where ever they are. Today was the 1st year anniversary of my 14 yr. old granddaughter's day she went to be with the Lord. She was a Christian, her HERO on My Space was JESUS. Yes, it was a hard day to get thru just as it would be for anyone, but as I told my son & daughter in law, it's just one day nearer to seeing her again. One day closer to seeing ALL our loved ones who are already with the Lord. Who else can have that hope, that promise to be with the Lord & have eternal life. I once was lost but now am found, was blind but now I see. All because of His Amazing Grace. He's coming again. We as Christians need to live our lives to set examples for those who do not know Him. Try to wittness for Him so that those too will also have eternal life & turn their lives over to the Lord.

I can tell you how I was when I was a non chirsitian and then now as I am...
Non christian,,I was feeled with hate,unlove,doubt,untrusting...
Christian now,,,Loved,overcomer,more than a conquer...
Thats is a big difference,,God has helped me to see who I was and has changed my ways,so I see how God has wonderfully made me...
