Me too. If you were to ask my boyfriend he would tell you that I am a cheese maniac. I love it on everything. I eat all different kinds! I make homemade mac and cheese and every Friday I make a cheesy pasta like lasagna or angel hair with tomato sauce, and fresh grated cheese!

Here's my thing about cheese.
I only like American cheese chopped into rectangles and in solid state.
I like the powdery kind.
I will eat nacho cheese and Alfredo at liquid state only.
I will NEVER eat any cheese in the half, not solid not liquid but gooyish state, EXCEPT Parmesan, and ONLY on a pizza.
I will also eat ricotta cheese, as long as it;s not too tough.
Blue cheese is acceptable as a dressing, as long as there's not too much.
Yeah folks, that;s the 411 about me and cheese.

Yeah yummy in my tummy. I love cheese by itself and in cheeseburgers, scrambled eggs, a pulled pork sandwich, on broccoli, in sloppy joe's, and in peanut butter sandwiches :)

I once ate only cheddar and Monterrey Jack, Colby. Living in Europe has opened a whole new world of delights. Gruyere,Mont de Or,Muenster,Reblechon,Goats cheese...you name it I like it!
