1/4 sachet of Paxo stuffing - 1 point
gravy granules/powder - 1 teaspoon - 0.5 point
Bisto gravy powder - 4 teaspoon - 1 point

gravy granuals are half a point per teaspoon, and stuffing varies, but most are 1 and a half per ball, so best round it up to 2 points just incase...

Gravy - made with 2 tsp of gravy powder or granules one point.
Stuffing - grrr can't find it in my book. I think about 2 points a dessert spoonful.
