i am 15
and ever since i can remember.. probably as i got my 2nd teeth, i noticed that one of my central incisors has a yellow stain in the middle of it but the rest of it is white.
Also, since i can remember i have always had quite white teeth, but whiter "blobs" on them. Someone told me this might be caused by dental flurosis?
Does anyone know if there is a way to cure this and how?
It makes me feel really self consious

Sometimes the baby teeth can damage the permanent teeth while they are developing in the gums/bones, and before they erupt. For example, if you fall and a baby tooth gets pushed into a developing tooth bud, it can scar the permanent tooth. This is commonly the cause if its a single tooth that is affected. If many teeth are involved, it could be fluorosis or another systemic (whole body) issue. If you have an illness/fever or take certain antibiotics while the teeth are developing, this can cause discoloration of the enamel. The best thing to do is to see your dentist. They can diagnose the problem and recommend the best way to fix it.

Talk to your dentist about this next visit. Only a dentist can properly diagnose dental fluorosis. A dentist can also give good advice about teeth whitening and staining.

If you haven't seen a dentist in over a year, it would be a good idea to get a dental checkup even if you had no concerns about the color of your teeth.

Now that you have all of the visible adult teeth you're likely to get, there's no need to worry about the cause or a cure.
I have exactly the same things wrong with my teeth, and what my dentist did was to "bond" them. They numb you up and drill that section out of your tooth. They then fill it with a white bonding material matched to the part of your tooth that is not yellow, and you're all done.
I had my teeth bonded before porcelain veneers became available, so they may go that route now. Just have your parents take you to the dentist.
