its a blend air door has electric motor driving the door. sounds like the motor has gone out. hope this helps &god bless. the motor is on the bottom of the a/c housing near center

Dodge quit using heater control valves a long time ago. Hell, they all leaked anyway. They all use blend air doors now. The actuator is located in the far back, bottom of the heater/ ac unit in the center above the floor hump.
