One possiblity is a kidney infection. I had one a few years ago with similar symptoms. The back pain was the worst part, and the burning when urinating. I remember being nauseous most of the time too. Get to a doctor. If it is a kidney infection, some antibiotics will clear it up in a few days, and you will most likely get something for the pain.

Lower back pains, lower abdominal pains with crampings, bloating; accompanied with nausea could be all signs and symptoms of the following:
1) Gastroenteritis
2) Lactose Intolerance
3) diverticulitis
4) IBS
5) constipation
6) hernia,
7) muscle strain
8) Crohn's disease if mostly on the right and with rectal bleeding
9) in women- premenstrual cramps;
10) ectopic prenancy
11) Pelvic Infammatory Disease( PID)
12 Ulcerative Colitis if pain is mostly on the left side)
13) Peptic Ulcer
14) Even Chronic Pancreatitis should be considered
esp if i thee symptoms of pain follows aftr a dfull stomach
15) UTI or kidney infections esp if associated with diffucltty and painful urination
If the diagnosis continues to be non-revealing, you can consider a CT scan or colonoscopy for a more thorough evaluation. I would not settle on a musculoskeletal cause until the GI causes have been ruled out.
Here are some remedies:
You have had a good evaluation. The only other thing that your doctor can do to reassure you that you do not have ovarian cancer is to do a laparoscopy and look inside. If you have that much pain, it may be reasonable to do so to set your mind at ease. The most common reason for your symptoms with a normal gyn evaluation is a bowel problem such as irritable bowel syndrome or lactose intolerance.
Abdominal ultrasounds are not as sensitive as transvaginal ultrasounds in evaluating the uterus and ovaries.
For Menstrual Cramps: Take an over-the-counter medicine for menstrual cramps. (See “OTC Medications” regarding "Menstrual cramps")
Drink hot tea, (regular, chamomile, or mint).
Hold a heating pad or hot water bottle on your abdomen or lower back.
Take a warm bath.
Gently massage your abdomen.
Do mild exercises, such as yoga and walking.
When you can, lie on your back and support your knees with a pillow.
Rest. Avoid stress as your period approaches.
To Help Ease Pain in General: Place a hot water bottle or a heating pad, set on low, over the area of pain.
Find a comfortable position. Relax.
Take an over-the-counter medicine for pain that does not cause stomach upset. (See “OTC Medications”)
Don’t wear tight-fitting clothes.
Don’t do strenuous exercise.
Eat foods as tolerated
For Lactose Intolerance:
Avoid foods that are not easy for you to digest. Some people with lactose intolerance can tolerate dairy products in small portions.
Try foods that have had lactose reduced by bacterial cultures. Examples are buttermilk, yogurt, and sweet acidophilus milk. Take over-the-counter lactobacillus acidophilus capsules.
Take over-the-counter drops or pills that have the enzyme lactase when you have dairy foods.
If the above measures don’t help, avoid products with milk, milk solids, and whey. Products marked “parve” are milk free
If you have UTI or KIdney infections; you should drinlk a lot of water and fluids esp cranberry juice to flush out your system.

I'm told that kidney stones and kidney infections feel like this... also, constipation can feel similar. there are many many types of constipation, ranging from what you may think is diarrhea to "haven't gone in a week" constipation. On the whole tho, I think it sounds most like a Urinary Tract Infection of some sort... most likely your kidneys.
It is URGENT that you see your doctor. any of the conditions that I or others have mentioned, can result in severe illness and even death if left untreated long enough.

you know you can still be pregnant even if you do get your period. This could be a # of things. Maybe even a UTI. Your best bet is going to the doctors and having the necessary tests run. Really hope it's not life threatening and I wish you the best of luck.

Take some Zanax. Flying on a plane is not that bad. Your plane will not crash. Just bring an I-Pod and some magazines to keep you busy. And the plane will not fall backwards when landing
