skim what ever has the least amount of fat you shouldn't just drink milk though put some vegetables in your diet to they are gross but they give you more focus energy, i like to drink raw eggs but people find that gross. chicken breast put some salt and pepper on it good snack after workout to heal muscles. make sure you take protein after you work out it heals those micro tears in your muscles. good look its good to know there are a few people out there who do something with their life

why drink milk? It's only value is it adds a little calcium to your diet. The only vitamins it gives you are added to it before it reaches the grocery store. You'd be better off taking a calcium supplement and a multi vitamin. Milk contains a lot of nasty hidden surprises too, like antibiotics, growth hormones, (for the cows, not for you) steroids and did you ever wonder why there was an expiration on milk that is kept refridgerated? nope not cuz it goes bad that quick, but becasue it contains "milk worms" that grow in it. Think about what milk is? the lactation from a bovine that is forcefully removed and pedaled off to humans as a good food source. Well it is, for a calf, and even then, they have enough sense to stop drinking it and going on to better foods very quickly. If you want to "bulk" up with muscle, there is only one way, work out hard. You can try some of those muscle building powders, but a lot of those are bad for you as well. Hard work and sweat, a balanced diet with a good multivitamin are the best way to go.
Good luck.
