right now i weigh about 97 lbs (i dont know wut that is in stone?), and i want to weigh about 85 lbs, im 13, a mostly have fat on my stomach area... oh and i eat pretty heathly to... i am tryin 2 walk about a mile and 1/2 every day... so do you think i could reach this goal by thanksgiving, or hopefull holloween... any other exerices do you think i should do?????... i drink lots of water and take my vitimins....

10 lbs by Halloween would be the outside limit of safe and healthy weight loss. 10 lbs by Thanksgiving would be a more sensible goal. Generally, safe and healthy weight loss should be 1-2 lbs per week.
More importantly, should you be losing weight? You didn't say how tall you were. 97 lbs is a healthy weight for someone who is from 4' 5" to 5' even. If you fall within that range, you really don't need to lose any weight at all. 85 lbs is a healthy weight for someone from 4' 1" to 4' 8". If you're taller than that, you might want to re-evaluate your goal.
A 1.5 mile walk is good. Is it a brisk walk? To lose weight, you should shoot for at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. Also, the exercise has to be strenuous enough to make talking uncomfortable...not impossible, you don't need to be gasping for breath, but hard enough that you'd really prefer to not talk until your exercise session was done. Walking, running, bicycling, swimming laps...any of these and many other activities would work.
Eating healthy is important. Keep the portion sizes small, and get plenty of fiber. Avoid simple carbohydrates (starch and sugar) and fatty foods (although fish and nuts are OK).

I don't believe you should worry about losing weight. You may want to tone up your abs. That would be more realistic for a 13 year old. Core workouts should be done only every other day to help muscles recover from workouts. Core workouts are done with resistance. Keep up the walking daily. You should do fine.
Weight is dependent on height and the size of your body frame. If a person has a large frame they will weigh more than someone with a small frame.

if possible for you, running is the best way to lose weight. try to do it at least 3 times a week. after running, you also need to do sit-up=crunch. try crunch for 25 times and then 2 minutes break. try again. start with 50 times a day.
you will see the result in two weeks if you do it the right way. nothing is impossible in life. the time can be shorter or longer depends on your movement. cheer. you will reach your goal.

Um....I hope you're like....four feet tall! My best friend is anorexic and she weighs 85 pounds. I'm about 115 and people think I'M too skinny. Don't lose weight. Just eat healthy and enjoy being a kid. I highly doubt you need to lose any weight. However, if you're looking to tone, that's a different story.
P.S. Looking like a flat chested stick is disgusting.

if you loose anymore weight you will have an eating disorder. you dont need to walk a mile everyday you need to work out like curl ups and push ups go on the tredmeal. turn your fat in to musle. work out like 5 times a day for like 45 minuts for like a month. do each work out like 5 or 10 minuts

just walk,and drink lots and I do mean LOTS of water.Water makes you lose weight.Watch calories and carbs.Go online and look up "good diet food".They should have alot of stuff under that subject.
If I were you,I would think twice about this.But,if you really want to do this,use my tips.
