well I'm in love with this girl! she's illegal - i'm USA citizen - if she becomes my wife ("hopefully".)... she will have a legal status in this Country and you all guys will be happy ..right!

Don't let these rude people throw you off. I think you'll be doing her a great honor by marrying her and making her legal...You fall in love with someone personalities not their status! You have to marry her, get a lawyer, put for her papers...and she'll be legal.

No, but I'm inlove with the thought of all the illegals being shipped back to wherever they came from!
Also, I'd be very skeptical to believe that an illegal was inlove with you. Theres a VERY high chance that she is in love with the thought of receiving her very own green card.

I knew you had an agenda. I wouldn't even associate with an illegal, so it would be impossible for me to do that.
FYI -- marriage doesn't make an illegal suddenly legal. If she's been living here illegally, you are going to have real issues unless she goes back to her own country first and starts filing from there. That's just the way it is.

Hey, don't listen to them all, if you want to get a legal advise, consult a lawyer. But to the best of my knowledge she doesn't need to go to her native country to legalize here after you marry her, but she would need to pay a penalty for sure.

sorry hun thats not true......my husband is illegal too and i wish it worked that way but it doesnt. it'll make it easier on some of the things but she would still need to file the papers....goodluck

Take her back to her native home. Take the necessary steps to make her legal.
