i would like to inform my all coleague and every one working in the same building know that i am going to do a course and will not come back. so that i am leaving the job.

but i cant find the proper paragraphs, professional way to let them know. i will email them all

This is to let you know that effective (insert date), I will be resigning my position from the company. I've enjoyed working with all of you, but have decided to pursue another opportunity. Thank you for all your support during my time here.

By your original question, are you asking if you're sorry you're leaving? It doesn't sound it.
