Every Wednesday I host a group of 6 people for two hours. I like to have a little something for them to nosh on and have made platters of crackers and cheese, salami and cheese, hot artichoke dip, fresh fruit etc. Any ideas for something easy and new?

Whole pieces of Romain Lettuce with Caesar Dressing and Parmesan Cheese sprinkled on top.
You put them looking up on a platter!
Baba Ganoush and Hummus served with Pita Chips and Crudities, all prepared before hand.
Healthy & tasty stuff!

I like to serve little smokies wrapped in refrigerated cresent rolls. Lay dough out flat, do not separate, cut 1" long strips and wrap around smokies. Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes or until brown, not burnt on bottoms. Serve with BBQ sauce, Ketchup, or Sweet, hot mustard. Make a lot because they go fast. Each cresent roll package should make at least 20. Enjoy! I also serve these for breakfast with scrambled eggs and O.J.

How about finger sandwichs, maybe a salad, spinach dip, pizza bagels, pigs in a blanket, or do all desserts for something out of the ordinary
