Yea bc im mexican/indian and mii hair is dark where tha sun hasnt hit it ! But when it does, it turns an icky lightish red/yellow color...blahh. So does this happen to anyone else? plz and thank you !

Hair lightens in the sun and if you have black or deep brown it will go to that color that you find icky. I have dark Auburn hair and mine goes strawberry blond if I am in the son too much.
My solution is Loreal Color Spa. It doesn't damage my hair and gets rid of the highlights that I don't want.

Me too! I have dark brown hair but it turns a lighter brown in the summer time because of the sun. Even reddish at times.
Don't worry, it's normal. Wear a hat when you go out in the sun if it bothers you a lot.

Miss Angie, Dear my brown hair becomes tan if I am out alot in the summer ! Especially if I get it wet from swimming or canoeing ! The sun fades the paint on cars too !

everyone's hair gets lightened up by the sun but some peoples hair takes longer because of the color, thickness, ect.

well my hair is light brown/ blonde and over the summer, my hair got really blonde so yeah I think thats normal but if you had died your hair before maybe something got messed up in your hair so I would talk to your hairdresser

yes! mine does at least. i have blonde hair. in the winter it gets darker.
when summer rolls around my hair turns so much blonder. its crazy. ESPECIALLY if you put llemon juice in it.
but dont worry.
it happens to plenty of people.

yes it does get lightened a bit if u have thickhair but if u dont have thick hair it should lighten up in at least 15min a bit

i was born w' jet black hair an now its very light brown,dark brown and BLONDE bare in mind the fact that i have light brown skin
