In a civil case, if the defendant doesn't show up for court, the plaintiff automatically wins the default judgment. So if it goes to court, the plaintiff will win by default. Now, how does he go about collecting, though, that's the issue.

from what i've read, he did it to show the how ridiculous civil lawsuits can be.
and 2, it was thrown out because God is not in the court's jurisdiction
