The Bible mentions that our flesh and spirt are constantly @ war. That the flesh wants to do worldly things, get drunk, kill, etc., while our spirit want to please God, do right, etc.

in ourselves? I'd argue that man has nothing but evil in his spirit...perpetual sin subject to whatever depravity satan can successful sell us.
The Word says "in me dwells no good thing" and "there is none good, but One."

Having a 'good spirit' is achieved by 'letting this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus'....apart from Him we can not possess or ever hope to attain goodness or righteousness.

The Word also says that righteousness and unrighteousness cannot dwell in the same place...so physically a person cannot have good and evil spirits abiding together within them. Its either one, or the other..Spirit or Flesh.

No I think it's just us. We have both good and evill living inside us. However it's much easier when we look at them as external parts. Makes it a little easier than acknowledging the dark evil garbage inside is us too.

there is no spirit, it's all how ur growing up, if ur in a nice inviroment mabe u will have a "good "spirit like u sya ,, but if u grow up in a bad one i think u know wat i am trying to say ....
