To end illegal immigration. In what way? The only way to end illegal immigration is to arrest and deport ALL illegals, jail and fine ALL employers who hire him, and build a damn big fence on both borders! That's how you end illegal immigration.
NO DAMN FREE PASSES FOR ILLEGALS AND NO DAMN AMNESTY FOR ANY DAMN ILLEGAL!

Illegal Immigration should be stopped. What about all the people who come into this country legally through Immigration and Naturalization service. It is not easy to go through the system to gain legal entry. Why should those who are not willing to go through the system be allowed to stay here just like those who obey the law and go through the system. Letting all the illegal aliens stay here is only encouraging more to the come here. They cost the tax payers a fortune. If the government made stiff penalties to the illegal immigrants, and to the people who employ them it might slow it down. The people who employ them are using them because they work cheap. They also take work that people residing legally in this country could have. You dont have to build walls, really stiff penalties and hugh fines would help keep it to a minimum. As it is now, its a free for all.

Illegal immigration is a very political issue, so if you put politics aside there would be nothing left in it. Your question makes no sense.

It's possible and most Americans want to end illegal immigration. However, our elected officials are catering to special interest groups and big corporations who gain business using illegal aliens. These special interest groups and businesses contribute lots of $$$ to politicians, and to remain in office, politicians must abide by their contributers' agenda or else risk losing $$$.

I think many citizens have. There are people of all parties that want to see something done about the current situation. Its the politicians (both of the main parties) ignoring the majority opinion that is the problem.

I don't think politics are the root cause - the globalist billionaires are.
