You sound like you will fit right in with the modern Episcopal Church.
But you really would fit in better with a Traditional Anglican (Anglo-Catholic) parish like mine...
The ECUSA got way too liberal for my tastes.

1) All baptised Christians are welcome to receive communion in the Episcopal Church.
2) The church does not deny communion, membership, or fellowship to divorced people.
3) Although annulments are not required, in many areas a third marriage, with two prior divorces, in the church may require the approval of the Bishop.
4) Although the Episcopal church does not revere Mary in the same way as the Roman Catholic, and the Episcopal church does not accept either the doctrines of the immaculate conception of Mary (not to be confused with the virgin birth of Jesus) nor of the assumption, recognition of Mary, the saints and angels, is certainly a part of Episcopal worship and theology.
5) The Episcopal Church accepts the Trinity as stated in the Nicene Creed.
6) The Apocryphal books are part of the Episcopal lectionary.
7) If Episcopalians looked down upon sinners, we would all be looking down at each other and ourselves.
8) You see some posts here saying that the Episcopal Church is "too liberal," but what that seems to relate to is the fact that the Episcopal Church does accept people as they are, and allows them to become full participating members of the church, as lay people, priests, and bishops.
I have found the Episcopal Church to be welcoming, spiritually fulfilling and intellectually challenging. I also think it has the best music to be found in any worship service, but there I am probably biased. Give it a try, I think you may find that you need no longer search.

Why not try the annulment process in your Catholic Church?
Do you want a seeking of the Truth or a religion that will tell you anything ( as long as it is"Liberal "and /or Libertarian or/and Libidotarian)you want to hear?
Wouldn't you want a Church that would help you face your sins and turn from them?
Could you join with a clear conscience?
Check out Episcopal and Anglican sites like Virtue
Read the 39 Articles which are the nominal creedal standards of Episcopalianism
There are different "flavors" of Episcopalianism:
High,Low, Latitudinarian,
Anglo-Catholic,"Affirming Catholic",Evangelical,Charismatic,
"Episcopagan",Modernist,Syncretist
Yes to your questions but that would depend on which congregation, parish, communion, group or society or even individual you talk to

1. Yes, although they offer a conversion class, but they won't deny you.
2. Pretty liberal
3. Yes, I think so.
4. Yes, they are pretty open.
5. Yes
6. Yes.
7. No, most are pretty cool and open churches, although some are more strict
8. I'm not Christian anymore, but Episcopalian was the best denomination I experienced BY FAR. Of course it depends on the congregation of a certain church, but in general you should be just fine.

The British name for Episcopalians is "Church of England". It dose have nuns, or did last I checked.
It believes in the second Commandment that the Catholic Church removed. Exodus 20:4-6 "You shall not make for yourself and idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing live to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.
So all the ones that pray to anyone else than God himself, is sinning against God.
That is the Catholic way, keeps them sinning.

The Episcopalian Church is also the Church of Scotland, it is pretty lax in Scotland (my birth country) ,speak to a minister of the church and put your questions and reservations.

I was taken to the Episcopal church as a child. I do not recommend it -- too liberal.
