what is the Olympus e400 like for holding it and are the pictures good and also what do the stutter speeds go from

Just do a web search for this camera and you'll find the specifications. As to asking someone to describe how the camera "feels" in their hands, that's rather pointless. The "feel" of a camera is very subjective. To someone with large hands it might feel tiny; someone else may think it feels plasticy. You need to go to a camera store and hold it in your own hands.
