You have to do a few things.
1-Believe in the one God who created us all.
2- Stop what you think is making you become filthy
3- If you stop what you're doing and regret it and do good deeds God (the most merciful) will forgive all your sins and not only that but if you believe in Allah the true God of Abraham, Israel, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed you will be greatly rewared in the afterlife for every pinch or second of pain you live in your sickness.
4-If this illness has a cure then you should go seek that cure just like what God and his prophets asked us to do.

Just because you are sick, doesn't mean God is punishing you. But by you admitting you are filthy is a good start on the way to recovery. I have an incurable disease myself but life goes on. I am a Christian, I believe that Jesus will see me thru to the end whenever that is. I have been born again. I am going to Heaven when I die which I wouldn't mind sticking around for a while. My disease is not life threatening but aggrevating just the same. I have been trusting in Jesus for a long time. I know he died on a cross for me and you. He died for my sins and yours. He was a Perfect Sacrifice for sins. His shed blood on the cross was a perfect atonement for us, he paid the ransom. Now all who call upon his name can be saved and born again, John 3:3. Have you ever been saved, have you admitted to Christ that you are a sinner in need of a Saviour. If not and you would like to be saved you can right now, just say this simple sinners prayer and a new life canbe yours, just say Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Let me reassure you that God does not punish anyone!
In the book of James chapter 1 verse 13 it reads "When under trial, let no man say; "I am being tried by God." For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone" Carry on to read the next few verses it makes interesting reading,
God is a God of love. God is love and he does not punish

We all are subject to punishment by the true God Jehovah, just like as to our parents,
Your sickness seems like a way of life you developed, first to get help or want to stop something it all has to start with you.
The most Important thing here is that you recognize God and you know he's not please with you, what you can do is start here by reading these scripture 1st John 15 -17, James 1:12-15.

It's a good thing you haven't mentioned the kind of affliction here, b'cos people are so used to having a laugh and making mockery of others just because it didn't happen to them.
Most fathers do not turn their backs on their children, it's not even an option - how much more your Heavenly Father who made you.
So turn yourself in.... Firstly to God unto repentance, then to a doctor (if it's Physical or Mental or Other).

Be rational, see a doctor and take the medicine. The Lord will punish at judgment day and not in daily life.
God bless you and get away from this selfpunishment. It is not up to you to punish for whatever you do/think etc.

Honestly, the idea that God punishes His children is totally false. Rather, we punish ourselves by our devilish deeds and sinful ways. Note that we reap what we sow and that for everything that we do rightly or wrongly, we are bound to receive the fruit of it.
You and I know that when one over eats one is bound to have complications and this has nothing to do with God. Again, it is said that cleanliness is next to Godliness and that as a child of God you have to take after your Father who is ever Pure, Holy and Clean.Beauty, cleanliness et al are Godly qualities which emanate from within and visible from the outside.
Hope you would learn to inculcate the Godly qualities of peace, happiness, kindness, neatness, cleanliness et al in your lifestyle in order for you to be on the same wave length with your Father, God the creator of heaven and you would be free from sickness et al.

First of all, you must truly repent of your sin, and ask God for forgiveness. Pray for strength and wisdom to make other choices and and to follow through with the other choices. Then I would seek help from a friend or minister. A friend/minister can help you stand strong and fight temptation. Keep your head in the Scriptures, learning the teachings of Jesus, and ask the Holy Spirit of Christ to guide you and point out the right paths to take when tempted. Don't forget to thank God for loving you through this.

You don't say if this sickness is of the mind or the body!
Either way go and see a medical professional, nowhere in the bible does it say you can't ask for help! In fact does it not say "sinner go heal yourself ", So do so by seeing a doctor, if God is truly responsible for all our earthly gifts, then he must have given the doctors the gift of healing, so to see a doctor about whatever your problem is, is to honour God!

You are punishing yourself quite enough without any help from god. Stop it.! I bet whatever it is, it's not even sick. It's probably fun--Xians tend to equate fun and sick a lot!
