so it is ok to make up crimes on someone and charge them with something if you dont like them?

It's certainly a good idea if you would like to spend time in jail for wasting police time, folowed by a trip to court when the person you have falsely accused sues you for damages. Do you have so little sense of morals that you can seriously ask this question?

That is a crime in itself and can leave you open to a lawsuit. It's not okay to charge someone with a crime if they are innocent. What exactly are you talking about?

No..it's not OK.

I've seen it happen...but I've also seen the court penalize those who've made false accusations!
