i know to keep weight off you need to lose it slowly, but whats the MOST effective method? Im 14 120 pounds and 5'7

you do not need to lose any weight, you are 5"7 and it is good to weigh 120 pounds
However, I lost 30 pounds by eating tons of whole grain foods, and fruits and only water and green tea. This has been two years ago and I am still skinny because I eat lots of whole grains and not a lot of saturated fat.

5',7" and 120 lbs? You're underweight already. And you might not be through growing yet. Best to wait until you're 17 to decide if you need to lose or gain weight.

Try living your luxurious life behind, carry your bags and come to any region of Africa, preferably Darfur, Just partake of our daily lifestyles and you'd 'effortlessly' be in shape. This is more of a parable to impress on you that your consumption must be diminished while you find more gainful means of daily living! you'd probably lose weight, feel good and have helped others too!

If you're that height, you sound a bit underweight to me as it is!! That's like 8 stone in real money, right? Too skinny already. Lose any more and you'll be ill. My sister is the same height. skinny as a rail and is waaay more than 8 stone.

You don't need to lose weight...though you may want to do some toning exercises. Females were meant to have curves in their figures...please don't let the media dictate to you how a woman should look...they're all crazy.

you are way too young to be dieting, what wrong with your weight , that sound light to me for your height??

the best way is to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, get regular physical excercise and treat yourself regurlarly (so you dont binge bad stuff or give up )
