Get ready for some scripture quotes (since they can't provide evidence).
Homosexuality is not a sin. Who does it harm? Not the consenting adults practicing it. Not God. God is infinitely powerful and can't be harmed by puny humans or offended or shocked by things he knew they were going to do prior to the time he made them.
A victimless "crime".
Read the book Animal Exuberance. A great reference on homosexuality observed in nature and in captivity of various other animals.
Edit: Uncle Thesis. Man IS an animal. What do you think you are, a plant?
Edit: ZoomZoom: "BEEEEEP! Sorry, there is no evidence to support that apparently false assertion." My free will is defective, I still can't levitate.

The justification that you are trying to make for homosexuality in human beings is completely stupid. Animals do not have the mental ability and enlightenment from the Lord God that human beings are able to receive. Animals do not have the spiritual ability to recognize leadership as evil or good, as far as the devil and God are concerned. God did not create no creature with the intention of them committing homosexuality. These animals are committing such acts out of ignorance, not out of deliberate sin. You ask what their punishment will be. But I ask you, What do you think that your punishment will be for asking such questions our of your own ignorance; or your own stupidity I should say?

Interesting Seeing Many people Justify their Prejudice From a Religious Text.
Unlike Sexual Orientation, Religion is a Constitutionally Protected CHOICE.

This is a fallen world, and that means the animal world, too. In this world, animals eat each other, attack people, get sick, die, and occasionally perform unnatural behavior. That doesn't mean they are "sinning", per se, because that requires a knowledge of the Law, but they are performing the behaviors that are forced upon them by Adam's sin. The world didn't used to be this way. It used to be perfect. Animals didn't eat each other, they didn't kill people, and they only mated with the opposite sex. The best way to describe nature now is a "state of confusion".

animals don't think like human beings, God gave Adam and Eve common sense, animals are just that animals,,,, and yes homosexuality is the most disgusting things on earth, and God hates it. There are some children born all screwed up,and don't know what they are,and God will deal with this in the way he sees fit,,,, but a 40year old married man with 3 kids ALL of a sudden says OH MY I THINK I'M GAY,IS JUST A SICK PERVERTED CREATURE,did he get born that way,or did he just want to be that way??

I've answered this question numerous times before. I will never understand how some people can use animals as a case for justifying human homosexuality.
Animals also are known to eat their young, eat their own feces, mate randomly with any and all mates that they can find (think they worry or care about std's?), the female praying mantis bites the head off their mate after sex, female black widow spiders kill their mates after sex, male kangaroos taste the urine of the females as they are urinating, to see if the female is receptive to mating.
Animals also don't have our wisdom, morals, or intelligence to know right from wrong. I'm very proud to be differentiated from animals, so don't ever compare our lives (especially sex life) to animals and expect to prove anything reasonable.

We need to accept that gender and sexuality is far more fluid and diverse than the narrow pigeon holes we assign because of culture and religion.
Just as in nature there are hermaphrodites, animals that can change gender and gender roles, homosexual behavior etc. Humans are no different.
In fact, the more complex and intelligent the species, the more complex and varied the sexual behavior. Animal behavior experts have reconciled with this ages ago. Dolphins, apes, etc. engage in sex for pleasure and engage in homosexual sexual acts.
So too do humans.
As far as morality goes, the ONLY question that ever needs to be asked is:
Does it hurt the person
Does it hurt others
Does it hurt the planet
It seems the only hurt involved is the hurt suffered because of bigotry and predjudice. Both by gay people and the families who reject them and because of fear and shame.

Animals are not accountable for their behaviours for they are not created "moral" creatures. If I understand this correctly, homosexual behaviour with humans would have to be "bestial"? right?
Homosexuality came as a result of the fall... it is a perversion, a "vile passion". See Romans 1:24-27. It is a curse! God did not create Adam and Steve but Adam and Eve! This to me is the most powerful argument for same sex marriage.

most homosexual behavior is about dominance rather then relationships. Dogs hump dogs to show they're the "alpha"
in the movie the rock? they were in the jungle and a monkey was humping him and the other guy said "he's humping you, it's a sign of dominance."

Homosexuality is a sin for humans. Animals have not been given any instructions on the matter. They simply follow their natural inclinations.
