I have a problem to where whenever something pops into my head it has to be done RIGHT THEN...no matter how tired I am or early or late it is *etc re arranging the furniture, doing dishes, cleaning out the garage. If mostly has to do with cleaning things and not procrastinating anything at all. It is driving my husband crazy because I get very cranky and it ruins my day if something at the end of it did not get done that I wanted to. It makes me feel "Incomplete" anything to help?

i used to be just the same way when i was younger, but it seems that over the last 10 years or so, i'm more relaxed.

i have bipolar disorder, and i feel that the anxiety which comes with it, is what the culprit was, and what made me think i had to have everything "just so". I always had my TO DO LIST on my mind, and was forever cleaning something or rearranging or painting, etc.

it was difficult for me to relax.

you might consider talking to a doctor, or trying some therapy. it could be anxiety, it could be OCD or you could be trying to over-achieve...
