This originally German technique has been used with great success to remove man-**** over a period of 30 days. You will need:

* raw vegetables and salad greens
* oil and vinegar dressing
* a large cauldron
* a case of high viscosity motor-oil
* a heavy duty metal spatula or a flat-bladed garden trowel
* a roll of military-grade duct tape
* a bundle of 3 feet long twigs ties together into a fasces
* a case of dry ice
* a bucket of nettles
* a strong man

For the entire period of the treatment, you will eat nothing but raw vegetables and salad greens.

For the first ten days you will run/jog for 30 minutes 3 times per week. Each ten days you will add another ten minutes to the time until you are running an hour 3 times per week.

Now here is what really gets those man-**** shrinking.

Week one:

Pour two bottles of motor oil into the cauldren and bring to a simmer. take off your shirt and have the strong man, preferably a friend, duct tape you to a flat horizontal surface and then pour the oil (it should be hot enough to cause you to scream out, but not so hot as to cause blisters) onto your man-**** and then vigorously massage it into your boobs (he should wear gloves). After two hours of vigorous massage, he should rake you man-tit flesh with the stinging nettles until you are raw and chafed - then wrap your boobs tightly with the duct-tape until you are flat as a prepubescent girl. Go do you running!

Week Two:

After unwrapping the previous days duct-tape and restraining you horizontally, immediately have your partner thrash you with the nettles and then repeat the hot oil treatment. After two hours of hot oil massage, have him smack your boobies for 45-53 minutes with the metal spatula (feel the burn/feel the shrinkage starting). Reward yourself with 5 minutes of dry ice rubs and then get yourself flat with a tight duct tape wrap across the chestal region - if you can breathe easily then it is too slack! Run and add some hill work.

Week three:

Skip the hot oil and go immediately to having your man-boobs violently whacked with the spatula (think Whack-a-Mole) for three hours. Have your friend alternate with stinging nettles and dry ice for ten minute intervals over a period of 90 minutes. Have your accomplice spank those man-**** with the bundle of twigs for the better part of an hour, have those male knockers wrapped tightly with duct tape, and then do your running. Try to do intervals of 40 seconds of sprinting and 10 minutes jogging until you complete the time.

Week four:

This week you'll need to crank things up and use the hottest temperature motor oil you can humanly stand. You are almost flat as a bulemic young boy, so don't spare the pain! After being restrained have you accomplice beat you with the spatula like you were seen on a videotape with Osama Bin Laden. Hate those fleshing mounds with a passion! When he's almost spent, have him layer your man-**** with stinging nettles and then place the dry-ice on top. He can take ten minutes while the soothing cool sinks in. When he returns, have him remove the ice and nettles - then beat your flesh with the bundle of twigs until his arms give out. Get retaped and then do some severe interval training for the next hour or so.

At the end of 30 days, you should be much trimmer, in better shape, and have little or no man-boob evidence. If you still need to have some of that man-tit meat removed, do another 30 days and substitute a rubber hose filled with sand for the metal spatula.

Yeah, they are a real pain. As many of your other answers have said, it's mainly a weight problem. Unfortunately, fat on the chest seems to be the last to go when you're dieting. But there's also the possibility that you have underlying epithelial lactating tissue, a hangover from the hormonal imbalance that can set in at puberty. Exercises can help but they've got to be the right ones. Pushups won't help, they exercise the triceps. When I had man boobs I used one of these programs of diet, special exercise and hormone regulation that you can buy for about $47. It takes a bit of time but the man knows what he's talking about, so I'd recommend that. I got mine from here:

If so, then I have to tell you that the size of boobs has nothing to do with a person's self worth!
There lots of ballerinas who are small!

hey bro, i had asked earlier if hormonal imbalances can fix up if i continued to exercise and eat right, i'm only 18 years old. From the answers and from my own research i'm pretty much okay. Lately i have been seeing my chest mold in with the rest of my body, you just have to keep your diet in check and lift weights for your whole body, don't just focus on your pecs, putting muscle on your back and shoulders will really help stretch the chest out, having nice slim waist will give you a nice X shape body. And oh yeah .. cardio is important, it keeps the fat off.

If they really are sizable, you can have cosmetic surgery to remove them. I saw a show on it. It involves liposuction, etc.
