Ham salad
Ham diced up in baked macaroni and cheese with a vegetable (preferably frozen)
such as peas or broccoli. I like to make my macaroni and cheese from scratch with some velveeta and a little milk

Make a pie. You can grind or mince the ham, add minced onions, chopped carrots, and peas. Put this in a pie crust. Make a cream sauce by melting a couple tbls. of butter, blend in 1 1/2 tblsp. of flour. Cook for a minute then add 1 1/2 cups of milk and 3/4 cup of any cheese(optional). Pour this over pie filling and either top with another crust or top with mashed potatoes. Bake @ 425 for 15 min then @ 375 for 45 min- 1 hour.

Enjoy. Gee, I wish I had some leftover ham. I think I'm going to make this soon.

Try making ham steaks, with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and green been casserole. For dessert, I reccomend ham smoothies. It only serves six, but here is the original recipe:
Ham Smoothies
Simple & Delicious

You Will Need:
1/2 lb. ham
1 qt. milk
1 cup sugar, more or less to taste
1 1/2 cup crushed ice
1 banana

Add all ingredients in a blender and run until a smooth texture is achieved. Refridgerate for two hours prior to serving. Serves 6.

home made mac and cheese with diced ham is my fav. I also love to do ham and bean soup and ham and cheese omelettes with left over ham. Split pea is good too.
