Hi,
I've noticed recently my eyes have turned from blue to grey.
Is this because of the sun?
Are there any ways that I can improve my eye colour.

Mine change from grey to blue and back. My wife says it varies with my mood, how I feel physically and the colour of the sky.

I am not sure why it happens. My husband has hazel eyes and it darkens in winter but it turns bit green in summer. Maybe it's because of the sun and a genetic thing? His father has bright blue eyes and mother has hazel eyes. It seems sun does something to hair colour too. It's very interesting! I wish I am like that...

It probably is to do with the sun. The pigment in the iris comes from Melanin. Its also in your skin and is what gives you a tan - same principle can apply to the eyes.

I have green eyes and sometimes they turn blue when there is alot of sun so that might be the reason! Or you just have hazel eyes!

hey all 3 of my kids were born with blue eyes that then turned grey every body thought we 666d em (it is the sun)

No it isnt because of the sun it haves something to do with the season changing

my eyes change colour too =)
in the summer they are orange, green and brown (all at once!)
and in the winter they turn a dark brown colour =(
they change with my mood as well!
dont know why though!

Could be an aging thing. Have you thought of wearing blue contact lenses?

ooh mine went like that wer bright blue now there grey
i think its as u get older ur eye colour changes
