any tea that u like. a good way not to waste time is to buy an electric candle warming, and when you go to bed, put the cup of hot tea on it, then in the morning when u wake up, just grab the cup of tea and drink it as you go along in the morning. make sure the cup is a mug or coffee cup because plastic will melt and start a fire, and glass will crack.

A cup of tea is a good start. If you're looking for a caffeine fix, just let it steep for about 5 minutes (less if you don't like it strong). Fruit juice is a good energizer too. It has natural sugars which give your body a boost.

Hot cocoa- Chocolate has a lot of caffeine in it as well, so it should pep you up some.

Other ideas: Red Bull, any soda (except Sprite and root-beer, which are caffeine free), tea (which is caffeinated unless you get the decaf kind like Sleepytime.)

red bull can be a bit stiff first thing in the morning & not to everyones taste!
Try Berocca (u can find it in the vitamin section in chemists such as boots & superdrug). It is a stimulant & packed with vitamins so is a really good start to the day (& good for hangovers too!)

fruit smoothies, v8, or fruit juices...they provide energy that's caffine-free (caffine can tire you out, contrary to popular belief). when in doubt go the healthy route and you'll be perky in no time!
