There are very few WPT or WSOP tourneys you can legally play in the US. The only places you can legally play under 21 are on Indian reservations (and even then on very few) and few if any of the really big TV tourneys take place in those smaller reservation casinos. Any WPT European event would be legal, though, since the legal age for gambling all over Europe is 18. An 18 year old woman just won the WSOP Europe event. It will be interesting to see how they handle her win, as she gets a free entry into next year's WSOP Main Event as part of her prize.

There is something you can do! Get your friends together and have a home game! Then tell more friends, co-workers, neighbors etc. The more people who come, the more money in the pot.
Start it out small, like $10 or $20 buy-in and pay out the top 3. As the game gets bigger, pay out 4 or 5 places. The more people who play, the more money you can win!
I did this in my area and I now run a poker club with over 400 members! You can check out our club's site at www.nwapokerclub.com. It hasn't been updated for a while becasue we are doing all correspondence via email now. Check it out, there is a lot of useful information available to help you start up your own poker club!

In the US there are no tournaments that have a $10,000 buy in or more that you can paly unless you are 21. Europe the age is 18.
WPT and WSOP require you to be 21.
The satelites that they have you go by the rules at that casino, therefore you can be 18 in some, but then if you win you cannot play in the WPT or WSOP. Refer to WPT.com or WSOP.com for the rules. They are very clear

im in love with fb poker texas holdem too, i began out with merely 100k in chips and gained over thirteen million fb poker chips now. My sister performs like 10 hours an afternoon tho and that i in no way provide her any because of the fact is so unbelivably undesirable (im not even kidding), so I make her purchase. She in lots of circumstances buys from facebookpokerstore too, they have sturdy expenses. i'm hoping it quite works out for you.

If you live California. There is a Casino in San Diego called the Sycuan Casino. They host Wpt Sattelites there. You can buy in for $40.00 and if you make it then you'll be playing in the Wpt. Casino Morongo I think might have something like that too.
