after MANY years of torturing my skin, i'm finally learning to wear sunblock but now my skin is badly wrinkled and i'm wondering if there is some vitamins/minerals/lotions that you could recommend to me.

You should invest in some really good moisturizer. Use some night cream and make sure to drink plenty of water. As far as the wrinkles that are already there, if the moisturizer doesn't start to show any effect, you could always try a face lift.

I have seen pictures of deep chemical peels and laser treatments that almost completely erased the signs of sun damage and aging. You would have to go to a plastic surgeon, but if it really bothers you, you owe to yourself to check out your options. Most plastic surgeons now offer payment plans, good luck!
