Yes, but honestly, what they pay is very little. It's to get the real gross polluters off the streets.

The state will pay what it considers Market Value for the vehicle up to a max of $800 (but expect considerably less)

Head for Arizona, seems it is only legal to sell there.You cant sell it in California
