Have you ever read the book, "The Handmaiden's Tale," by Margaret Atwood?

It would be a nation built on strict intrepretation of the Bible by a group of powerful men who would crush any dissent. There would be no legislation passed, because it would have to be a dictatorship.

Even Christians who disagreed with the Biblical intrepretation of those in power would be persecuted.

It would be like Iran under the Ayatollah Khomeini, like Germany under Hitler, like Cuba under Castro.

One day, when Jesus returns, America and the whole World will be a theocracy. All the hypocrisy of the of the politicians and bureaucrats will be swept aside, babies will no longer be murdered in the womb, Peace will reign over the whole World, hatred and violence will be a thing of the past. Life will be much simpler, all the petty and burdensome rules and regulations, which are so beloved by the bureaucrats of the secular establishment, will be replaced by the simple edict, 'love God above everything and love your neighbour as yourself.' This crime-ridden society will be over, people will feel safe and secure, and kindness, love and peace will reign everywhere.
We won't need political parties and the corrupt system of politics, or the so-called democracy, we have now. There will be an appointed monarch who will not lord it over everyone, as our present leaders do, but will serve (in the true sense of the word) those he rules over, with kindness and justice.

I don't think most Christians are interest in setting up a theocracy. That's just the hype being used by anti-Christians. But if such a state did exist i would still prefer it over a Communist regime which can't be voted out when we've had our belly full.

The true meaning of theocracy is, God rules.
Therefore America would never rule a true theocracy as all nations of today are man made.

One day we will see a theocratic rule from the government Jesus instructed us to pray for, "let your kingdom come, let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven"

So the answer to your question of parties will be "ONE"

There would be one, the religious one (most likely fundie Christian).

All legislation would be biblically based and would be passed by the ruling religious body.

Yes, I would leave the US in a heartbeat.

I thought we already had at least four currently:

1) Democrats
2) Republicans
3) Independents
4) Far Lefties (Libs)

I've had it with all of them.

ONE only.

Too much legislation would be passed that would follow idiotic religious dogma.
