Would you like God to clean His room?

*sigh*, you are right, but organized religion is a dangerous concept, in today's world anyway !!!...... It would seem that *faith* should be a simple and a straight forward action..... but sadly, a lot of the *simple* things have turned into what God has said not to do, and that is *tradition*........ *faith* is walking with God at ALL times, praising, worshiping, reading and sharing the word...... Actions of Christ, words of Christ.... the line as gotten so blurred, you see what we see today.... Pharisees..... Law keepers !!! Tradition makers !!!!!! Me *religions* instead of God *faith*............ The Bible was NOT written to cause strife and division, well it was, but not the kind most think, it was written for guidance and YES division, division of the *goats* and *sheep*, and some who think they are *sheep* will find out they are *goats* and some the *sheep* who call some *goats*, they will be found *sheep*........ *Sigh*...... I am a simple person, I talk to God , from home, I study and read the Bible, I take into account the times and people certain *parts* were written, and I PRAY, not as much as I should, but I look to God for hinds feet........ The feet of a mountain sheep, so that I can at least give the RACE a good try and all that I have...... go in peace....... God bless

You mean the universe? It IS organized. Just look at the composition of an atom, or the complex composition of atoms or cells necessary to form just about any object. Or the layout of our surroundings in space. If our Earth were 1% closer to the Sun, it'd be way too hot, if it were 1% further from the sun, it'd be way too cold. And if there is no God, where did our 14 billion lightyear universe come from? The Big Bang? That probably IS where it came from, but the idea that all this just came arbitrarily from nothing makes no sense to me. But that's just my opinion.

As for the disorder in this world, it isn't caused by God, it is caused by us, it doesn't necessarily mean that God doesn't exists, but it could mean that He intervenes much less than what we have previously assumed.

To what are you comparing God's organization skills?

What is the standard to which you are finding God falling short of?

What does "being organized" mean to a God who exists outside of time and in infinite dimensions?

Bettierage, it's the very organization of the universe that proves that there is a God. The universe is an intricately organized ball of chaotic matter spinning around and fizzling out. Solar systems are constantly colliding, stars are collapsing and forming black holes, and there are very vast clouds of matter that don't do anything.

Sounds organized to me.

Excellent point. Like maybe by creating one Holy Text that would be available to people of every culture and every language, that was not so vague and inconsistent (leading to disputes and wars between people); and perhaps by giving us proof that it was actually “his word.” And when he wanted us to know something, he could speak to us all at the same time rather than causing hurricanes, diseases, and tsunamis and leaving us to guess as to who and what he was mad about. Of course, I do not believe in God, but these are all things that Christians claim come from their God.

do an in depth study of how your body REALLY operates and how we conceive and can have children. I took this a course in college and was amazed! It's just such a miracle all the thousands upon thousand of functions that our bodies carry out every single second of every single day! All of them working together in an ORGANIZED manner. You will find out God is very organized it's us people who keep things out of order!

"This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed. Results like these do not belong on the résumé of a Supreme Being. This is the kind of sh*t you'd expect from an office temp with a bad attitude." - George Carlin

The natural world is very organized and incredible in its complexity.

We have to remember not judge God's creation by humanity's ugly footprints.

The confusion comes because people are trying to fit this world into God. and that doesn't work. Someone following Christ lives in the world but we are not of this world we are in Gods. People in the world are always trying to fit God into there small conceptions of him and he is too big for that.
