Not if you have her spayed.

She may have already been in heat and it was mild enough for you not to notice. I am assuming that you have a Pit Bull. Next time she goes into heat, you will probably have a mess on your hands. Females cannot always keep themselves clean and when they stand after a nap, well, just have plenty of towels and cleaner on hand. When she does go into heat, every male dog within a 10 mile radius will be trying to get to her. Look for swelling of her uvula, that is a sure sigh of heat and of course bleeding. She will be licking herself constantly to try to keep clean.
Now would be the perfect time to have her spayed! Spaying will not only keep down that mess but also saves lives. Pyrometria, which is a uterine infection that usually occurs after the heat cycle, can kill her! Pyrometria happens more often than people know. It hits the girls hard and fast.
There are hundreds of thousands of unwanted Pit Bull Terriers in shelters all across this country, why would you want to add to this fast growing population? Females do not NEED to have a litter of pups, no matter what myths you have heard.

Sadly yes, she will, by which time you will have lost your biggest chance to protect her from mammary cancer. After she's had her first heat her chance of avoiding it slips from 75% to 50%, so get her spayed quick before her first heat. And you'll also be saving her from pyometra, ovarian and cervical cancer! Oh, and saving dogs in shelters by not taking up homes needed for them if/when your dog has pups! Isn't spaying great?

What breed is she?

I get a thumbs down for asking what breed she has. I asked because some larger breeds sometime don't come into their first heat until 10 months or even later!
