Adverse global weather changes, increased animal, plant and habitat extinctions???? What else?

Someon has said biofuels are OK "because they withdraw as much CO2 from the atmosphere as they put back when burned" How does that help LOWER CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere? We need to lower them and we need to do it fast don't we?

Yes. Nuclear for electrical power combined with conservation, solar, and wind where practical will not only reduce pollution but will get us off foreign oil for our national security.

Biofuels are OK, because they withdraw as much CO2 from the atmosphere as they put back when burned. Fossil fuels are the problem.

Whether you believe in global warming or not, the prudent thing to do would be to go to all nuclear power and stop burning fuels altogether.

Wouldn't matter. Individual humans don't make any difference.

If you want to reduce carbon based fuel, support nuclear power.
