Moth's represent ourselves in dreams or in our fantasy. Shoulders represent how we accept burdens put upon us. For example, you have broad should or you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. So I would say that somehow you are able to release your burdens and let them fly or you are able to fly away from them.
