I had a dream that moths were flying out of my left shoulder , does anyone know what this might mean?

Often times dreams need to be interpreted not by the images but by how you felt in the circumstance at that time in the dream. You will more likely be able to attach the emotional response to something happening in your life than you will be able to figure out why your subconscious decided that would be a good image to get to that emotional response.

Usually we associate moths with things that hang around lights (stupidly) or the things that are in old peoples closets. Moth balls are a common smell associated with a very old person. I am going to assume the later. I am going to assume that you are getting really sick and tired of the same old same old...way of life that you have established... you are wanting to break free and these moths are getting out and finding their way to a new life and new way.
