A slight imbalance of body energies cause such problems. They are minor and body treats them naturally, but don't ignore them.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drugs, TV, computer, addiction,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Females get Hormone headaches at any fluctuation of hormones during the month.
I had migraines from age 6 until 37. The minute I had a Hysterectomy my migraines stopped. So a hysterectomy has its good and bad sides. Now I am permanently on HRT.
Without it the depression and paranoia is serious for me.
No matter the side effects I would rather be sane. I really am not recommending a hysterectomy. That is just how I learned about the relationship between hormones and headaches.

I had the same problem for a month. It was driving me crazy but the doctor wouldn't give me anything stronger than Tylenol 3 (which did nothing anything). She said that I actually had something called sinus headaches. Its caused by pressure in you sinuses. Kinda weird cuz I didn't have a cold at the time. Anyway what really worked for me to fix it was actually taking 2 or 3 Advils and a lot of water and lying down for an hour. Tylenol does nothing for this kind of headache.
