It probably means something like mind your own business.
Or.. It could mean that anything outside your gates doesn't belong to you so ring the local authority and get them to do the work (good luck with that).
Did they have local authorities to do road works etc in Biblical times? Hmm. I'll go with the first suggestion then.

Perhaps OUTSIDE THE GATES..... Working in An Abortion MILL..... or .... Distributing ALCOHOL..... Beer Wine Etc.
Those Career Choices.... that do No GOOD.... to the Kingdom of GOD !
