Of course there is hope. I am in prison ministry. Most of my friends are thugs, redeemed ones, but still thugs. I am sure they are going. It is about Jesus and what He did. It is not about what we do, other that believe and accept his gift.
By the way. I appreciate your comment on the bear thing. I like open discussion and I believe we should be able to respect each others beliefs and opinions. There is enough judgement in the world, on the part of those who believe and those who don't. Thank you for taking the high road.

People who are thugs will make it to bliss after many eons of pain and suffering and usually turn out to be good people in time.Humanity has already worked out a large amount of its bad karma and is now on the upward move towards the light and will be at peace very soon.We as a race have much to work at such as the building of a new and glorious civilization where peace and brotherhood are the foundation as well as the sharing of the worlds resources

sure.. why not? as long as said thugs accepts the lord and asks for forgivness... but that might just be my thoughts

God forgives everyone for their sins and there really is not no hell.
If they believe in him and ask for forgiveness they will be accepted. Your sins are always forgiven by god cause he made us and this world with sins to fix complicated problems we may face.

Yes, anyone can.
How? He must repent his sin, stop all criminal acts, and give his life to God who already saved him through Jesus. If he sincerely ask for forgiveness for all his wrongdoings, he will be forgiven.

Absolutely!! Ask God to forgive you and your sins. Be sincere, and honest. Ask God to heal your soul, make you new again. and If you really mean it in your heart, you'll be forgiven.

I'm not sure about heaven but they can definitely get into jail and prison.
