get those Crest whitestrips.They really work.You can get then cheaper on ebay.

Yes, they will. As a dental assistant, I have read the ingredients on all those in-office whitening gels and even on the white strips and whitening mouth rinses, guess what the main ingredient is? Peroxide. So, I would suggest rinsing with just a little hydrogen peroxide (don't use too much otherwise you'll have a problem with fizzing!), let it fizz and bubble in your mouth for about 5 minutes, spit, don't rinse or drink anything, and go straight to bed.

yes, you might want to do it every day.I would add just a small amount off water to it ,then gargle with it.( Warning ) don't swallow it.

FYI IF YOU SWISH WITH PEROXIDE TWICE/DAY FOR 30 SECONDS EACH TIME YOUR TEETH WILL GET WHITER.
