Ha, yea. A place full of fundies and a cruel god - that sounds more like hell than heaven.

The average christian has no idea what heaven is. They all think Christ is builing everyone a high-dollar house, and we'll all walk on streets of gold.
It's not exacltly what Jesus said.
I mean, go outside tonight and look up and tell yourself what you see. Heaven, right?
We as humans have been discovering some truths about our universe that God has alway known about.

? What ? I don't know what you mean.
We believe in Summerland, which is the same as heaven, only instead of being up in the sky - it is about 3 feet above our existing plane. As far as what it's like, it's a nice place where everyone is healthy and can choose to stay or come back.
Hell? I didn't know that anyone would think that "paradise" could be hell.

Anytime you have to give up anything and everything you ever knew and loved, as well as your own free-will and freedom of thought, how can it be considered anything but hell? Someone really has to do a number on you for you to believe that is a good thing.

Interesting that people ***** about going to hell as punishment, but they're not interested in God anyway and Want to be with everyone else who rejects God. Since you all are pretty much saying if it exists you'll go willingly, don't complain about God's reasons for sending you there which are synonymous to yours-- you don't belong in heaven because you want no part with God, therefore hell exists.. a permanent separation.

no. why would a place where you experience eternal happiness be considered 'everyone else's definition of hell' .? and another thing why is it always christianity that gets attacked?? if you were to say the same things about muslims or jews there would be an uproar but christians can be slated freely.

Pretty much. I can't think of many things worse than eternity, other than having to spend it with a bunch of self-righteous snobs.

If I would be surrounded by Bill O'Reilly, Tucker Carlson, Elisabeth Hasselback....
I would take fiery eternal damnation anyday of the week.
