well I got bad service and she was beyond rude so I let her know how rude she was with a little gesture.

I put a penny in my glass of water, then I put the coaster over the top of the glass of water.....well I tip the glass upside down and slide it on the table. The only way to remove the water was to pick it up and spill it......and dont forget the penny. They had no bus boys the waitresses were to clean up there tables....worst I stayed to watch her. She was livid!

what constitutes bad service? For some it is forgetting a soda, or not bringing napkins, or it could be real serious like not coming back to the table or making a mistake on the entire table's order. I am a server and I think all the people who don't tip are ridiculous. Everyone should try to waitress for at least 6 months and have to deal with everyones crazy drama everytime they walk through the door. They would never think about not tipping again. Hey here is a thought for you, we remember the people who don't tip, and the people that were jackassess, and even though i don't do this, remember the waitress has the power over your food after the cooks make it, don't piss em off!

I can honestly say that I've never done anything terrible to a waiter/waitress. I used to wait tables - it can be the worst job in the world. They put up w/ enough crap, why should I add to it?

Even if the service is horrible, I leave a tip (though not a good one) and I instead speak to her superiors.

I accidentally gave a waitress a very low tip one time. I did the math, left the tip, but then when I got home...it dawned on me that I'd screwed up. I left her like a 5% tip. I was so busy trying to make my total come up even that I added wrong.

Actually I remembered her name and the very next time we went to dinner there I asked our waitress to get her. I then gave her money and apologized. I told her what had happened. She said she didn't remember the incident, but I felt better knowing I made it right.

Called her over before I left the table and told her and her supervisor exactly why she wasn't getting any tip what so ever.

I'd be looking for another place to work, that's ridiculous for anyone to put up with. Find another restaurant with better patrons.

Report her with her supervisor because of her unbeliveably BAD service, and left 0% tip.

Um....can't say I have any stories like that, but I can tell you many where a waiter/waitress did horrible things to us!

Spoken with her supervisor about her complete incompetence. I'm not positive, but I believe she lost her job.

And trust me, she was completely incompetent, rude, and had zero customer service skills.
