Why should homosexuals take Christianity seriously when it calls them "abominations?"

Sweetheart, not even the Bible says that Christians must embrace homosexuality. Jesus is mocked by all manner of "communities", not just the homosexual one. The occult communities, the atheist community, the agnostic community, the Muslim community, all of them have at one time mocked Jesus. Even the Jews mocked Jesus. To single out one community as worse than the other in terms of mocking Jesus is unfair, as though one kind of mocking is better than another.

I would like to once again say
Aint the internet great you can find something to support any world view on it, its really awsome
my point being that there are plenty of christian sites that use equally questionable and even outright cruel campaigns supported by popular brands and my taxes to increase awarness to their view point as well
sometimes if you don't think you can laugh it's best just not to look

I think that picture would be considered art, and yo can make a picture if anything you want, a law against it would be unconstitutional. And if you want to talk about mocking Jesus, every single christian in the world does it, and horribly misconstrue the word of Jesus, so what do you have to say about that?

"Wonder where they are going whjen they die? not hard to figure that one out"
Right. As if you people don't think gays are hellbound already. So why should this make any difference to your world view? (Or is it your hell view?) You want to be able to spout your rhetoric without fear of reprisal, yet you get all uppity and anti- First Amendment when someone uses the First Amendment protections to do something like this. Typical. Find something else to occupy yourself with.

Contrary to what you might think I actually enjoy your questions and look forward to seeing what you have to say. Obviously I am a million miles from agreeing with you but the variety is what makes this site interesting.
This question, however, is unusually unpleasant and prejudiced, for reasons others have pointed out.

Baby doll, we are to love the sinner and hate the sin. "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12.
I may not agree with them, but I do love them. And, let's try to keep the generalization to a minimum, please. Most homosexuals I know would not condone such behavior listed above.

Why not. Jesus never married and preferred the company of men.

You're right. 13 people posed for a picture that you find offensive.
Obviously, the only reasonable response is to alienate millions of people who happen to share the same sexual preference.

Oh PLEASE!!!
Most Christians hate homosexuals REGARDLESS of what they do, simply because they are who they are.
Because a SMALL group of homosexuals did this, it gives you cannon fawder to generalize all homosexuals to be like this, when it just isn't so.
If you were a true Christian, you would embrace anyone and everyone regardless of what they do, who they love, and who they are.
Why do SOME Christians get mad when people GENERALIZE and STEREOTYPE when you DO THE SAME THING!?!?!

It's because of people like you the world is in the state it's in. Intolerance and hatred are being spread by you and your kind, and it's about time you put your silly book down and lived in reality.
