Your battery charger may be able to adapt the the different voltages overseas, so you may need only to purchase a set of adapter plugs -- so that you can plug it in.

Otherwise you'll need to get an adapter, basically a step down transformer, so that you can plug your charger into the higher voltage service.

Check with your travel agent or check with a travel store or your local camera store and see what they recommend for the countries you're visiting.

When I travel my camera bag is my carry-on, I don't trust those $10/$12 per hour baggage handlers..NO WAY! Contact your local photo dealer and ask about your battery charger..ASAP because you don't want to burn out your camera's electronics.

i choose to propose the Cyber-shot T200 or T70. i in my view propose the T200, this is a real exhilaration to apply and to very own/"showoff". and that i've got it. For the 1st time i take advantage of it i think of "oh expensive, i offered a incorrect digicam" because of the fact it rather is style of puzzling, the image is undesirable, and the touchscreen hardly respond. recommendations: a million. Use impressive modes of capturing, and carry out a little instruction manual placing/exploration. when I did this, the image high quality is optimal. 2. Touchscreen: use your fingernail and press it fairly, and it will respond. it won't respond to hands, fantastically enormous hands.

Your travel agent should be able to tell you what adapters to buy. If memory serves, European countries use 220V household current while the USA uses 110V.
