Pinched nerve in your lower back. Pain signals being sent down the perennial nerve in your leg causing pain and possible numbness.

I just had Achilles tendon surgery. It started out just like the pain you described then one day I was walking and it ruptured.

Snap, that's it. Six weeks in a cast and 4 months physical therapy.

Get it looked at by a doctor right away!! You don't want the results I had.

It does sound like a bone spur or maybe falling arches. They can cause amazing pain, but can be corrected with rigid arch supports from a good shoe store I got mine at HAPPY FEET.
They sell Burkenstocks. Good Luck finding the solution.

A podiatrist would probably be a good move.

i was just talking to a friend of mine
yesterday and she has the same thing
she said the Dr said it was corporal tunnel
she had to have shots out in her heels
i don't know if that's what you have but i would
definitely go to the Dr's and get checked

Go see your doctor. My stepdad diagnosed himself with a bone spur, and he was wrong. His ligaments had gotten twisted somehow. They gave him a metal plate to put in his shoe, and it helped him greatly.
