With all other christians, God's Word is the last word, and never changes.

I see time and time again ...new thought...or new light.... on an issue that you calim came from God...It originated with God, and was changed by God.
If other Christian denominations did this, you would be all over them crying out false prophet...Why do you Witnesses not hold the same standards for your own theologins?

I really, really desire that the JWs and every single Christian begin to read their Bible for themselves and ask God, the Father, to teach them and show them the truth.

All Christian organizations and those who claim to be "christian" organizations believe they must interpret scripture for their followers.

This is such a deception and a lie--this is what Jesus said:

John 6:45, "It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me."

Who will be taught of God?
ALL--Those who follow Jesus and come to God the Father are "taught of God".

Does it say they are taught of MAN or taught by an organization or that they are taught of GOD?

Wouldn't ANYONE choose being taught by God rather than man?

There is absolutely NOTHING about "new light" in scripture--unless, of course, you referring to the "lightbearer"--lucifer.

((Lucifer is a Latin word meaning "light-bearer" (from lux, lucis, "light", and ferre, "to bear, bring"), a Roman astrological term for the "Morning Star", the planet Venus. The word Lucifer was the direct translation of the Septuagint Greek heosphoros, ("dawn-bearer"); (cf. Greek phosphoros, "light-bearer") and the Hebrew Helel, ("Bright one") used by Jerome in the Vulgate, having mythologically the same meaning as Prometheus who brought fire to humanity. wikipedia))

Following that particular line of reasoning we would have to conclude that the nation of Israel was a "false group." But the truth is that the Israelites were God's chosen people before Christ. However, they were frequently misled by false prophets. But just because they were misled at times did not mean that the nation was no longer in a covenant with Jehovah.

It is the same with the Christian congregation. Recounting many of the false prophets that preyed upon the God's people from earlier times, the apostle Peter went on to warn his fellow Christians: "However, there also came to be false prophets among the people, as there will also be false teachers among you."

Reasoning on the above verse: If true Christians are infiltrated by false prophets and false teachers so that they are "among you," does that necessarily make Christ's congregation a "false group" because of the charlatans in their midst?

The truth is Jehovah's Witnesses fit the profile of being the authentic Christian congregation; but as Peter and numerous Hebrew prophets reveal, we too are menaced by false prophets from within.

The organisation does not just change it's mind on scripture. were in the Bible is there any teaching about vaccinations? The society saw fit in the 1920's to ban vaccinations because they were 'devilish', and caused ulcers, syphilis and cancer, to name but a few, this ban remained in place for over 30 years. Were in the Bible, does it make comment about organ transplant, and yet again, the society saw fit to ban them because it was cannabilism. Were in the Bible does it tell us that germs do not cause disease, or that oriental people are 'coolies, cutthroats and murderers, or that a small nosed man cannot have a judicial mind'. Were, is there any Biblical backing for such nonsense as these. All quotes from early Watchtower literature, and all, I might add, quoted by members of the faithful and discrete slave. There are numerous other ridiculous teachings that have no basis in scripture and yet the society claims that they came from the Spirit, in the that the FDS are spirit anointed. This is nothing to do with having fresh light on scripture as the end draws near, but about power over other people.

First of all, Christianity has changed it’s doctrines hundreds of times (that’s why you have all these sects of Christianity). So it’s silly singling out just the Jehovahs Witnesses.

Secondly, here's an example of "New Light" by Jehovahs Witnesses:

Finding out that previous customs you used to celebrate were actually pagan and shouldn't be practiced. Things like Easter.

Does it say in the bible that Easter is wrong? No, but through studying history you find out that it's not appropriate for Christians. Was the Jehovahs Witness God changing his mind? No.

Is it better to misinterpret some things in the bible (like many have), and not admit it and just carry on believing something false?

You make out that Jehovahs Witnesses have made up hundreds of false doctrines but they haven't.

Would you like it if I slagged off your faith EVERY day like you do to Jehovahs Witnesses? You post up to 5 slanderous questions a day about Jehovahs Witnesses, it's getting beyond sad...I'm sorry.

You say that you're doing it to "save" them...but it's plain to see that you just want to say "I'm right and you're wrong". You don't come across as wanting to up-build and help.

God says there is only one pure undefiled religion, that is the religion of the HOly Bible with the full teacings of Jesus Christ. HE also tells us He never changes, nor does His Word. So anytime a person tells us that their religion as authority over the Bible, God says we see it as fasle religion. God doesnt change His mind, nor do He changes His mind for any religion. If our faith cant be proved by using only the HOly Bible, then we need to look for a new faith. God wont care if we read other Christian books, but we only accept the teachings that line up of the Bible, from anyone, be it an author of a BOok, our our preacher. Now, in saying such, I do not preach against other faiths and I do not preach hate. God said to love everyone, BUt God says what is true religion and what isnt. And He said in 2 John that if someone brings you God without the full teachings of Jesus, it is false and to flee from it.
So, that what a true Christian does. But, anyone can believe whatever they want, and be in whatever denominiation they want. Not for us to deceide, and not for us to hate them, Just pray and leave them to God.
But the Bible is the invallible word of God, as God says that, and either you believe it or you dont. IF you do, then you just do what the Holy Bible says to do. all of it. WE are commanded IF YOU LOVE ME There you go. Hope I answered your question. Go back and read that 2 JOhn and see what God says about those in false religion.

It is the witnesses that change their minds not God.

You obviously know little about religious history. The main reason we have so many different denominations is because of changing times, with changing philosophies, that change interpretations.

ADD: It is easy for one denomination to look at another and accuse them of making changes. I say "he that have not sinned may throw the first stone".

New light came in after Christendom changed the true teachings of Christianity. God words never changed, but people understanding does. Its sad that Christendom is still under the effect of the Great Apostasy.

Read the bible and don't shun the scriptures that disproves of Christendom's teaching.

1st of all, whenever we find that we've been speaking in error, we correct it.

2nd, I do believe Jehovah changed his mind about destroying the city of Nineveh, did he not?

3rd, after the Nation of Israel - which would have been the sole nation making up the corulers in the Messianic Kingdom - rejected Jesus, God changed his mind and opened the way up for Gentiles to be a part of it too.

A free will makes things interesting here. It is just some of us are not so free to choose than others.

If we let the organization to be a lens we look through, there is not so much independent thinking allowed.

God is the same, never changing His character and God's Word is the same for everyone...even if the organization changes it. That is why it is so important that we place our faith and hope and belief in God, and not to any men who can be false prophets, and not to any religion for Christianity is a personal relationship with God and not a religion, and for organization can lead you wrong and God never fails to keep His promises. : )
