1. frequency (wavelength)
2a. bandwidth
2b. spectral purity
3. power
4. divergence or scattering

Sure. For about $4000, you can get a USB Laser Beam Profiler from someplace like Edmund Optics..

Laser power meters are also available that don't offer the comprehensive analysis of the laser output, but will still give you the effective power output of your laser, and for a much more reasonable price - $200 on up.
