The one thing I think about everytime I hear Al Gore talk about "cutting back" on using resources to help stop global warming, I think about how he has a gigantic inground pool at his house that is apparently always heated. He also has a very long driveway and it is lit up all the time. Lord know what else he has going on at his house. And he's telling the rest of us to cut back? I know it's an important issue, and it's a good cause, but it just irks me a little when he lives such a lavish lifestyle and cutting back for him doesn't mean the same thing as it does for us.

What the heck is your question?

If it's about Al Gore, the Denier blogosphere has at least 3 Manhattan phone books worth of text about him on their disinformation machine. They're the only people I know who pay any attention to him.

If it's about Global Warming, Just read today's headlines.

Gore is effectively acting as a messenger and delivering the findings of others. He's using his high profile status to disseminate information, sometimes he goes overboard and reports on the extremes rather than the probables and his reporting method is somewhat one sided.

By and large what he is saying is true and he has the evidence and facts to back up pretty much all of his statements, but it could be presented in a more balanced format.

Al Gore is a big hypocrite. The real proof is that global warming is a natural cycle not man made.

One thing you have to say for the man, Algore sure has found a niche market to make his millions.

I guess he likes his millions he gets from environmentalism as much as his millions from Occidental Petroleum and Big Tobacco!

Your premise is a fallacy. Is this the position your teacher assigned to you? Are you prepping for a debate?

Good idea. Only scientists are allowed to care about global warming. You're brilliant.
