Sometimes you gotta PAY to Play! If you are talking a regular copper coated BB, it needs to come out. If you can't do it yourself , you are going to have to take a field trip to your local hospital ER. If it's Lead bird shot.It will come to the surface on it's own if it's not too deep, in a week or so.. You won't die, but a Tetnus booster would be a good idea if you are going to get into any more BB gun fights.......Don't want you falling over from blood poisoning do we?

Look, if you are big enough to be playing around and getting shot with a bb, shouldn't you be big enough to take it out?
Get some tweezers and pull it out. You may need to cut a little skin with a razor. Put some neosporin on it and a band aid and keep playing.
