I enjoy adding Italian dressing and capers. I also like to add relish to keep it moist.

Squeeze in the juice of half a lime - lime and tuna are a perfect match and it is enough to moisten it. If it is still dry some finely chopped sweet tomatoes will help. Before you make your tuna pasta salad make sure you you squeeze all the liquid from the tuna.
To make it tastier and healthy - add fresh chopped corriander, chopped flat leaf parsley, a touch of ground cumin, the juice of half a lime and some finely chopped red chilli pepper (without the seeds) - it gives the pasta a bit of Thai taste. If you eat if cold try it with some warmed flat bread.

You can add mayo or any type of oil/ butter. If you were going to try to be healthy I would use lemon juice diluted with a little water or the juice from a tomato.

2 baby carrots, chopped
2 lettuce leaves
3 olives

1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
In a small bowl, combine tuna, chopped carrot, olives, and tomato. Chop one of the lettuce leaves and add.
Spinkle with remaining spices, salad dressing, then mix thoroughly.
Using the other lettuce leaf, place tuna salad in tne center, and then fold and enjoy.

The moisture from chopped up tomatoes together with a dash of oil should do the trick. Why no chop up some fresh basil with it as well to add to the mediterranean taste.

You can sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil just before serving. Flavoured ones are very good. Any one you prefer.
I have also used a small tin of condensed soup, chicken or mushroom and poured it over the top, mix well. Of course that is a bit wicked.

A little olive oil mixed with lemon juice, but just enough to moisten. I sometimes use mayo, but just enough to bind it together, usually a tablespoon is enough.

if you buy artichokes to add to it, they usually come in some oil and they would moisten it. also, i sometimes use tuna in oil when making tuna pasta salad . . . because i don't like mayo.

Add some plain yoghurt, and chopped herbs (parsley, dill, chives) and any other seasonings you fancy, or chopped tomato or cucumber.
Stir some tomato paste into yoghurt - lovely colour.
