It just depends on how the significant other is. Going with the flow can make you end up moving way to fast, too slow, or just right. The best thing to do is to try not to control too much and see how it goes. It'll fall in place if it's meant to be, but if it is not, you'll see for yourself.

It seems in all relationships you try to move too fast at first. But with the relationship that I am in now, I feel like that we are moving at just the right pace for one another. He's divorced and has a child and I've never been married and have no children. He's trying to adjust to my lifestyle and me to his. We're doing a good job at it too. I think it all depends on the needs and wants of your significant other. As long as you work together, you can make it work!

I think it all depends on the chemistry and connection. I've had relationships that moved fast. I've had some that moved slow. The slower ones were the better relationships. Sometimes you move too fast, relationships seem to crash and burn faster.

I hope it has always been just right, but I tend to lean toward taking it slow and easy...until I really get to know them and make sure the feelings are mutual! Nothing worse than having a one sided relationship...ya know?!! =D
