Well..if you are a guy with manners, you would know that telling a girl that she's ugly..is very mean and self centered..its out of the question..you CAN NOT tell a girl she is ugly(even if she is)!!!
just be nice..tell her something like- your not interested, or just sees her as a friend..or maybe you have your eye on some1 else..whatever u do...DONT BE HEARTLESS!

How shallow are you, gosh that's terrible.
Don't make it about looks, just say that you don't think it's going to work out...I'm sure she'll get the point and if she pushes harder than say that you are not interested.
Don't you dare tell her she is ugly, that is so mean! Do you want to scar her for the rest of her life!

If you meant to say that she likes you, but she is unattractive to you, just tell her that you don't feel attracted . There is no need to tear her down by saying she is ugly . You will find that there are those you encounter who are attractive , but you are not drawn to them. Let her move on with her dignity intact.

There is never a good reason to tell someone they are ugly, even if you think they are. To someone else, she may be very pretty - if not, then I am sure she knows what she looks like. Be nice.

you never tell a girl shes ugly. Just tell her your not interested or you already have a girl friend. It lets them down easier than sating your ugly.

do not say that at all...why would you purpousely hurt someones feelings like that? How would you feel if someone said your mother was ugly? Just tell the girl that you don't like her. Tell her you like someone else. Problem solved.
